About Me

Originally from the East Coast, I began my career with a degree in Marketing and a job at Greenpeace where I found my footing in progressive activism. After roles at Oceana and Women Thrive Worldwide, I relocated to the Pacific Northwest in 2012 and have since worked with Engaging Networks, the Alliance for Gun Responsibility, and Root Capital, all while navigating the complex realities of being a working mother in America. I also served for six years as a board member at Washington Wild, a local conservation org.

At my core, I’m a problem solver. Nonprofit work has taught me to be resourceful, adaptable, and unafraid to take on new challenges. My unique combination of East Coast hustle and West Coast mentality can help move your mission forward.

About Rainy Day Action

Like many nonprofit and government professionals, I was laid off during the chaos of the Trump 2.0 era. Rather than wait for the next opportunity, I launched Rainy Day Action to help mission-driven organizations succeed.

“Rainy Day” captures the idea of challenge, inflection, or transition—times when organizations need experienced support to weather the storm or prepare for what's next.

“Action” reflects my commitment to execution. I don’t just advise; I roll up my sleeves and get things done.

It’s also a nod to my home city of Seattle, where gray skies are often the backdrop for big ideas.
